Fed Ex Arrived

Today I received a package from my agency with 2 more pictures of Aubrey Mei!!

Also included in the package was the letter of acceptance for the adoption of my precious little girl. I actually had to check a box to accept or not accept this sweet child. ARE THEY CRAZY!!!! Of course - I accept, I accept, I accept!!

My precious little girl is 11 months old. Her DOB is 9/10/2010. She is from the Jiangxi province.

Chinese name: Fu Jing Feng, Fu (surname) Jing (gifted woman) Feng (phoenix), she is said to be active and impatient - Uh Oh! Her favorite activity is taking a bath - good thing Mommy loves water too. She is a moderate sleeper (need to work on that!) I can't even begin to express the emotions I am feeling - such extreme happiness and joy, yet at the same time so sad that I can't get her today - just want her here with me - to love, hold, comfort and protect her! Thank you God for such a precious gift - she is why I had to wait 5 years!!! I knew God had a wonderful plan - we were meant to be together my sweet baby!

Thank you Mom for sharing this incredible day with me, for crying tears of pure joy with me, for being the wonderful mother you are! Can't believe we saw my beautiful daughter's face for the first time on your 84th birthday!

 I love you so much already! I wish so much I could bring you home today! May God and all our special angels in heaven hold you in their arms and protect you for just awhile longer until I can hold you myself  and we can be a family forever! I love you baby girl. -- Mommy.

Matches Arrived!!!!!!

8/29/2011 Matches Have Arrived!

We are excited to announce that we have received a match group today!! We received matches for families logged in on July 14, 2006. Unfortunately we did not receive any expedited matches in this group nor do we know what the official cut-off date is. We will be calling all families who were matched tomorrow. Congratulations to all matched families! We will update this site once we have news on the next match group.

This means I have finally been matched with my daughter. Her file is at my agency being translated today, tomorrow I get the long awaited "call" from my agency telling me who my daughter is. How wonderful to hear this special news on my mother's birthday! Tomorrow I will see my sweet daughter's face for the first time!!

Organizing Paperwork!!

8/17/2011                       Organizing Paperwork

The CCCWA is beginning to organize paperwork to begin the matching process. We do not know the log in dates for the next group of matches at this time. We will update this website when more information becomes available. What does this mean for me?? This means my dossier (all the info China has on me) is in the match room. At the same time, my daughters info (pictures of her, her age, her weight, what province she is from, etc) is also there in the match room. They will be matching us sometime in the next week. Within the next week I will know who my daughter is and will soon be sharing her picture with all of you - maybe on Uncle Timmy's Birthday! This is really happening!!! I am going to be a MOMMY next week!!!
