Today we went to People's Park. It was a gorgeous day and Aubrey Mei loved the park. Social girl was out again today, smiling, laughing and waving-- and they said she does not like strangers! This beautiful child will smile for everyone now! When we got back in the room we sat on the floor and played and giggled for over an hour. She walked about 10 feet with me holding her arms and she squealed with excitement over her accomplishment. She continues to amaze me more and more each day. What an incredible gift God has given to me. Mom, we did not make it to the Catholic Church today - so I did a special blessing in the room for her like her Grandpa would have done for her. She will be spending many weekends in Church with her Goppy and Aunt Mo very soon!! Yeah! She can't wait to get to Guangzhou to meet Aunt Shanghai Sharon! We are counting down the hours now!

She is so gorgeous. I knew she would adjust fast to her new Mommy. Baby's are very good at sending when they are loved, safe, and secure. Give her kisses from all of us.
ReplyDeleteKathleen, I can't get over how beautiful Aubrey is and now that she is smiling and laughing she is even more gorgeous. It's great to see her flourishing under the care of her loving mother.
